About the Event
In Boot Camp we throw in everything including the kitchen sink when it comes to exercises. You will perform drills, weight exercises, bodyweight exercises, cardio, core and much more. Be prepared to sweat, work hard and have fun. Equipment needed: weights, mat, towel and water. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bring you A-game attitude!!!
